These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nexabuild &hardware LLC website and the enquiry and ordering process it provides. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We make every effort to describe our hardware and building materials accurately. Product images and details are for guidance only and may differ slightly from the actual item. Availability is not guaranteed and is confirmed at the time of your enquiry.
Prices are provided on request. When you add items to your cart and send an enquiry, or contact us on WhatsApp, we will confirm the current price, availability, and delivery details. Any price we quote is valid for the period stated in our reply and is subject to change until your order is confirmed.
Adding items to your cart or sending an enquiry does not create a binding order. An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and agree the price, quantity, and delivery with you. We may decline or cancel an enquiry — for example, where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Payment terms are agreed with you when your order is confirmed. We do not collect card or bank details through this website; please do not send payment information through the enquiry or contact forms.
We deliver across Sri Lanka. Delivery times and charges depend on your location, the size of the order, and product availability, and are confirmed before your order is finalised. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was agreed, contact us promptly with your order details and we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in line with our returns process. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; this will be made clear at the time of order.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
