How It Works

Contact Us Within 7 Days

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our team within 7 days of delivery. Reach us by WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We Review Your Request

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether your item qualifies for a return or replacement.

Return Arrangement

If approved, we will arrange collection of the item at no cost to you. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging where possible.

Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3–5 business days.

What Can Be Returned

✓Item arrived damaged or defective
✓Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
✓Item reported within 7 days of delivery
✓Item is unused and in original condition
✕Change of mind after delivery
✕Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
✕Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
✕Items without original packaging or accessories

Refunds are returned via the same payment method used at purchase (bank transfer or cash on delivery reversal). Replacement items are dispatched once the original item has been collected and inspected.
